GC Wines Redford-Wetle Farm Gamay Noir

Something rather special.  The combination of late rain and mild temperatures meant that the fruit could be hung for longer, meaning greater flavour development, while keeping fresh acidity and moderate sugars.  Due to the warm and dry summer, the size of the grapes were small, giving a higher concentration along with more tannic structure.
